Your job will consist of:
- Establish and maintain a quality relationship with the customer.
- Introduce the services offered by our partners.
- Organise meetings on behalf of our partners.
Candidate Profile Sought:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening and communication skills.
- Good control of stress and emotions.
- A deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Remarkable empathy.
- Computer skills are appreciated.
Training and qualifications:
- Impeccable knowledge of spoken and written French.
- Fluency in written and spoken English – An asset
- Experience in B2B appointment setting or B2B telephone interviewing is required.
- Diploma of at least a Bachelor’s level.
Conditions and remuneration:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm;
- Basic salary: Competitive;
