Your job will consist of:

  • Establish and maintain a quality relationship with the customer.
  • Introduce the services offered by our partners.
  • Organise meetings on behalf of our partners.

Candidate Profile Sought:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Good control of stress and emotions.
  • A deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Remarkable empathy.
  • Computer skills are appreciated.

Training and qualifications:

  • Impeccable knowledge of spoken and written French.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English – An asset
  • Experience in B2B appointment setting or B2B telephone interviewing is required.
  • Diploma of at least a Bachelor’s level.

Conditions and remuneration:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm;
  • Basic salary: Competitive;
  • Tickets Sodexo: on performance;
  • Transport: Provided.
